What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Irving

Nothing is unique. Taco bell. It's not really a hangout, but we like to bbq in the backyard. I don't know what else you want me to say

I like that stores are nearby and walkable. It's unique that I'm so close to so many things. When family or friends come over we tend to stay home and entertain there but there is a decent Italian restaurant and a Japanese restaurant within walking distance.

This is a very quiet area, everyone cares about how their looks outside and try to keep it clean. We like going out to eat

It is unique because everyone that loves on my street have lived there for 10 plus years. Dollar general is right behind my house. Just walking around neighborhood.

What's unique about where we live is it's just a lot safer over here there's a lack of police presence because lack of crime I believe and we live right across the street from a Christian college so it's just a fairly nice place to live where I feel safe and I don't need to lock the doors neighbors are friendly and everything

It is Primarily Hispanic Area, In which I am not. I feel there is Culture and lessons to be learned.
