Great place to live in.
Neighbors leave trash outside and plays the music loud
I haven't had any issues that I haven't had taken care of promptly. The size of the apartment is a very good size. The closet space is excellent and great storage.
The only issue is parking.
I really love my space at the apartment, however it is very difficult communicating with the office staff about everything! They are not timely with requests at all. You must hound them before receiving the appropriate assistance. However, everyone is really sweet and friendly so therefore, I try and be as patient as I need to be when dealing with issues. Overall, I think it's a good place to live, it has beautiful architecture, very quiet and safe, secured environment.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
