We've pulled out all stops at The Palmer at Las Colinas to provide beautiful apartments, top-notch features - all at a great value. Here, our upgraded apartment homes include premium touches like granite countertops, stainless steel appliance package, wood-style flooring, subway tile backsplash, and dual vanity sinks. The features are equally as impressive, highlighted by our expansive pool deck in the center of the community.

Not worth the price. New design doesn't have enough counter space or even a pantry in the kitchen! Windows are lousy. Go somewhere else.
Management is getting worst day by day !! it used to be haven place to live before 3 years but unfortunately we are facing arrogant , rude community manager who doesn't know how to handle community . Water shutoff is very often here. .
Stay away from this community. It is not worth the money that you pay for. Luxury apartments in terms of money that you pay for, doesn't translate to the amenities that you get. Every lease renewal, the prices go up a lot.
Lot of issues structurally and especially with water. Water is out in one or other block every week. The most recent incident, water has been out for more than 24 hours and there was no sense of urgency or accountabliity. With water outages, you will definitely feel like you are in some third world country. Last few weeks, even the emergency requests (bathroom ceiling leaking with dirty water) were responded to after more than a week even after reporting 3 times. They don't have enough maintenance guys to take car of maintenance and work orders and repairs. Hard to find parking spot for your 2nd car which is a problem in most of the communities. Your call is never answered by the leasing office in the week days and more than 95% of the time goes to answering service, you have to go to office in person when you are really going to be at work at that time. There used to be lot of burglaries but that has come down recently. Some apartments do have ants/cock roaches/rats issues, didn't hear many bed bugs complaints though.
The apartment management has taken the community for granted, once they are here they will stay attitude where will they go. Also, they think since the community falls in Coppell School district and is walkable distance from park, no matter what, the people will stay here or will new tenants will keep coming in attitude. The people in the leasing office, especially Cynthia (in fact everyone except Razia) are very rude and don't have manners. In fact one time Cynthia even said, live with it or leave the community.
Don't be fooled by the way leasing office looks, it was recently renovated and looks good but not the actual apartments itself. Some apartments even after renovation they have old appliances and its just patch up work
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The building and exterior are not maintained well. There is constantly trash around the buildings and more feral cats than you could count. When my husband and I first moved in we had numerous issues that were not submitted to maintenance that took OVER 2 months for them to semi-fix. One of which was a faulty air conditioning unit; they kept telling us we needed to adjust the vents. In the ends they had to replace the whole unit after submitting 4 requests, we moved in in June so that was pleasant for 2 months in Texas. The shower in the guest bath drains onto the floor instead of into the tub, which caused mold to go through the wall into the adjoining room and ruined an apple laptop that was leaned against the wall. The complex said that the mold was dry and painted over it, THERE IS STILL MOLD IN THE WALL!! After submitting 4 work orders and having our floors and subfloor replace twice we bought tub guards. So frustrating since A.) The maintenance people claimed that is the tub guards were necessary but didnt want to confront us so they just kept letting the tub drain on the floor. B.) A tub should not drain on the floor (period). After all these problems and more we requested to change our lease from a year to a month to month complex refused and said that we would need to pay 4 months rent if we wanted to break our lease. Attached are some photos of the interior for your viewing pleasure which include water damage on the cabinets, mirror, the mold again DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place should be condemned.. would rate it no stars if I could.
Worst Apartment, worst management!!... We moved here is this apartment yesterday (08/05) onlyand first thing we found that entire apartment floor is crooked and dirty. A.C is not working in bedroom and getting so dirty water from tab... Management is wrost.. trust you wont take much time to reliaze that. too pricey for cheap apartment. They are literally playing with customer feelings and money...
