from the start i should have just asked for my money back we were told if we hurry and sign that we would get a unit that has hard wood floors and all these other amenities so i moved out of my apartment a month early to get there and what happens the unit that me and my girl friend looked at was not even the same unit as the one that we were told we were getting. after months of arguing with front office and finally getting the regional mangers number and playing phone tag they told me they would give me a covered parking for free and as there system fails again people that don't have covered parking park there cars under the covered parking in my so called spot today i woke up and my car was towed i am livid

Very Poor Support Staff. They tell you they will call you back but they never..even if you go to the office...you are being told that they are busy and come again tomorrow. I never experienced this kind of poor service in any service industry..

Very bad problem with bugs- I mean constant roaches. They would send notices about flea issues on the grassy areas as well. Its sad because if looks like a nice place on the outside but inside is extremely dated. Cabinets rotted out, cracks on the walls, the celling had a huge leak. It was nothing but problems from the second I moved in. It also smells of strong curry everywhere you walk on the property. You cant get rid of the smell. I would not recommend living here.

Severe water problems every week and horrible management having no empathy towards residents. They have the worst attitude when it comes to resolving the problems as they say that you are the one causing the problem when the resident gors to report it
