I've been here over 5 years and upgrade 3 unit ranging from 1bdr to 2bar with sunroom. Management is nice. Apt size great for the price.

Management is horrible and lazy

Average management. Some issues with rodents. Central AC/Heater is useless. Automation system of reporting trouble is useless. Annual increase doesn't reflect benefits. No reward for long term tenants. Corporate did make an effort to address management responses after complaint. Over all it's an average deal, just the basics of supply and demand.
