The apartments are under new management but it has yet to be determined if that's a good thing. If possible get an upgraded apartment. Mine is semi-basic and the wood floors aren't real, the floor in the bathroom shakes and I can hear ALL of my wall/ceiling neighbors but only during loud things like laundry, vacuuming and "connecting" but it's convenient to work and play at a reasonable rate.

I absolutly love living in Eagle Crest Apartments!! I love how fast they respond to maintenance request. Being able to do everything online is very convenient. The office staff is very friendly and always helpful when needed. I am going to be staying here for a long time!!!

Maintenance seems to be prompt. Some appliance can use a little upgrade such as dish washer and stove.
