good community with nice office staff, services are good, only problem is very old buildings with a lot of spiders , red ants and roaches.
This is my second month in the casa valley. I have reported 7 issues.
it includes Air condition outage 2 times , electric oven break 3 times , garbage destroyer in the sink, water leak from the roof. fortunately, I got very prompt help from the management team, but the experience is really bad. the rent is not low here, so I suppose to get better service, but because of the old devices equipment, I can't enjoy the living here indeed.
I would highly recommend Casa Valley to anyone interested in having an awesome experience living in the Valley Ranch area. I am entering my second year lease at this property and could not be more satisfied. The staff is so friendly, professional and always willing to help. Maintenance is also professional and prompt. Entire staff genuinely care about the happiness of their tenants. I would 100 recommend this community to anyone looking.
I would tell them to get three jobs, because you are about to pay some real money in rent. I would also tell them to purchase a camera because the property is beautiful with a canal in the back. The canal scenery is beautiful both in the day and at night. I would tell them that the maintenance is really quick with responding to repairs, and that they will save money having a washer dryer in the unit.
Lastly, I would tell them how friendly the office staff is and how they want you to feel at home. They welcome you in as a new resident. I would tell them how children friendly the office staff is and how they provide treats for the kids on Friday's. I would tell them how safe it is to walk, run, or ride your bike around the neighborhood or walk the trails by the canal. I would tell them how close they are to a local church MBBC Irving for worship services at 9 30 AM or 11 AM on Sunday morning. I would tell them how conveniently located the property is to major grocery stores, Walmart, Target, and how close it is to HWY 635 161 and 114.
