The condition of the apartment is very poor. there is no maintenance. Worst part is lot of bugs every where. Very high utility charges. Average turn around for a maintenance request is 8-10 days and no gurantee that issue will be fixed. Verfy surprising to see 2 different faces of Manager and Assist Manager. They talk so nicely before signing the lease. Once you signed, they even won't look at you even though you are waiting in their office for hours and hours. Zero maintenance experience to the crew. Just trial and error methods. STAY AWAY....
