I lived here under the previous management and the current management team. I can tell you they are 100% better and really done a great job ensure the residence are satisfied. I truly felt they cared about my concerns and went above and beyond when I moved out. Really very helpful!! If I move back to Texas, no question, Ill move back in here!

I had been there for 7 months. Worst community I have ever lived in. STAY AWAY from Allura Las Colinas! There are hundreds of dollars in hidden fees. The ATT Fiber internet, which is mandatory, even if you don't want it, you have to pay $129.99 for it. When I moved out after 7 months, I thoroughly cleaned the entire space to the best of my ability. I had requested the lease agent to inspect the apartment with me, so that if required I can clean again; but unfortunately, they were unavailable and declined to do so. It had come to our attention that rats and roaches were present in the apartment prior to our move-in. The rat caused damage to my luggage, clothing, and food items. Additionally, the rat attempted and caused small damage to the carpet under the toilet door to facilitate its movement. We did not damage the carpet. They gave us the final account statements where $800 charge for full carpet replacement and $500 charge for pest control. These are not done yet; they added full re-pain fees $300; general cleaning fee $150; odor elimination fee $200; bathtub resurface $100 and other fees. You will see their real and rude faces if you need maintenance. They will not inspect the apartment with me when you move out; because they will send you additional unjustified and unfair excessive charges.

I just found these apartments there so beautiful and management is working very hard to get me in before the holidays. Perfect place to call home.

Ive lived here for two years now. And to be honest, up until this year this place was a Circus show. The alarms would go off in the middle of the night for hours. The hallways were always dirty and filled with cobwebs. The trash chute was always full, causing people to leave the trash bags in the trash room to the point where you couldnt even walk in there. It took months to have my dishwasher fixed (which caused a really bad odor in my unit).The pool was always dirty. Overall this place was in really bad condition. I was embarrassed to have friends and family over.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Fire alarms constantly go off with no communication about anything going on in the unit.(locks changed and I was locked out of my unit) I would run away from this apartment complex as you will have nothing but issues from the start!!
