The biggest issue is the roaches. Since weve gotten new management they are much better about exterminating, but unfortunately the problem has existed for so long (with previous owners) that they are out of control. Perhaps it would be better if there was a routine schedule for extermination INSIDE the units instead of only coming upon residents requests.

The new manager on property is wonderful. She wants to help you fix your issues as quickly as she can. She is straightforward and honest. I can see a real change in the community. Lately I have seen much needed repairs and outdated apartments being renovated and updated for the better. I am glad Summit has been bought out and taken over by Waller Group Properties.

The new office staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable. I look forward to living here for the next year!

I was inquiring about availability (the website said to contact) and rental agent was EXTREMELY rude. It makes me wonder how they treat their actual residents.
