These apartments are not worth the stay. The apartment staff does not listen to your needs. If you have something wrong in your apartment and you contact the office .... your problem will be fixed DAYS later. The office does not care about what goes on in the apartment community as long as they get there money. For example, I called the office last week because there are micro bugs coming out of the cracks and messing up my belongings. The staff said they will have pest control come the next day first thing in the morning. I WAITED ALL DAY AT HOME AND NO ONE CAME! I had to call the next day and ask is he coming. The apartments do not care about us at all. Believe that! My stay here has been nothing but craziness. There is always something wrong in this apartment, even when I paid my rent up until December 2020, I still get treated like I dont live here. I cannot wait to leave ROLLING BROOK, the staff doesnt make you feel at home at all! NO STARS

My water shuts off randomly for maintenance needs without notice management is always rushing to get you out of the office my apartment was not well cleaned or repaired when I moved in

Our apartment is small for the price that we pay. Having an upstairs apartment it is extremely hot in the afternoons and the AC cannot keep up. The management is extremely nice and try to do the best they can with what they have access to.
