Summary: Don't stay here, unless they are offering the $399 a month deal, but MAKE SURE you get it on your contract, because they will hustle you out of it. Even after getting the deal it is still risky to stay.

Worst place to stay for your college experience. Don't stay here if you ain't got money to waste, and if you do waste it somewhere else this place does not deserve it.
First day there, my room did not have the nozzle to change from a bath to a shower, so I had to take a bath for a couple weeks because their maintenance is never on time.
They do not care about their guests, and the problems they face with the unfair treatment at 1879.
They will hustle you out of your money till the very end by charging you electricity bill that makes no sense. Basically, they will assume you will go over your electricity cap without finishing your last month. They are just a bunch of scammers worrying about their money, and not taking their clientele into consideration.
And their shuttle is so small only a few can fit in and if you miss it you're going to be late because it might not come back due to it breaking down constantly.
Do not go on the tours either because they will feed you lies. They will say, "Oh yea we have that, and this", don't listen to that because, whatever it is, it does not work.
Trust me do not stay here I would have rated it a zero star if I could.

I have lived here for 2 years and never had any problems with the property, I know they just recently changed the management and got a new General manager. She is super nice and helpful with getting my problems taken care of in a quick and easy manner. I love living here, the shuttle saves me $200 a year from having to buy a parking pass with Sam's horrible parking! I love that the water is all inclusive and each of my roommates get a $30 cap on our electricity ($120 all together) and we split the overages which makes my electricity about 2-3 dollars a month!
I love my roommates and have even gotten pretty close with my neighbors! A great place to live I would definitely recommend it!

I'm renewing for my third year here. I haven't had a single issue since moving in. Every time I talk to the office staff they are really nice and helpful and the manager is very invested in making sure the residents are happy and quickly resolving any problems

I am going on my 3rd year living here and absolutely loving it. I would never think about leaving here until my time in Huntsville is done!

This place will attempt to charge you for things when you move out that were their responsibility, such as fasteners that fell out of bathroom & closet fixtures. They will charge each student in the room for unfounded cleaning fees (baseboards had dust on them). Everyone in my apt had move-out mysterious fee exceeding $200. They will turn you over to a collection agency if you attempt to negotiate the fees. They are ridiculous.
