Where do I start. First we need new office staff. We need a Manager that can at least spell and send notices correctly. The manager is rude, inconsiderate, don't care about the property, only show up for a check. She blast all residents personal Information online for the public to see. You can tell upper management is not concern because they allow this to happen when they been informed. The entire office needs to be replaced. The property needs to be sold. Sell to someone who cares. Get management that cares. She is no use to this property. It's a shame when the complex makes several complaints about the manager and nothing is done. It's a shame when she post residents Information to her account and nothing is done. Gotta be a family thing here. Let's also be clear. When you send out notices have the correct date they will appear. Future reference a resident don't have to open the door is there was not a 24 hour notice they are coming. A week or two ago we had fire inspection and they showed up without notice. The notice she did send the date was incorrect, but as a useless manager she did not resend the notices to let residents know the correct date. Again residents they must give you a 24 hour notice.

The level of service at this complex is absurd. They act as if they have next no experience in customer service. They help I received from this office was horrible! They rush you off the phone talk to you as if they're speaking with a family member.

I finally reached someone when I called 281-209-2371. Phone was really staticy. They provided the info I needed. They currently do not have internet service and their cable provider is with Access Media which is through Dish. $350 deposit $15 app fee per adult. And they are income restricted.
