What Renters Like and Dislike About Houston

There are many local businesses, I live in a gentrified neighborhood. There's many good restaurants and bars to visit with friends

i dont like anything about this area. if it wasnt for family this area would be highly trash and depressing.

I love the friendliness of all of the residents. I love the detailed holiday decorations during holiday time. I love how safe I feel and close I am to stores and everything.

How it's mainly quiet and mostly others would respect the boundaries of others, also how close by mostly stores are

I am in an older section of the neighborhood, so the trees are fully grown and well established. I like that the neighborhood is close to shopping and convenient to major roadways to access the city. I like the school district we are in.

first suburb of downtown Houston; oldest homes are from the 1890's; lots of long term businesses are no longer here been rep;aced by urban with old
