Not a good experience. They always run specials to get you in. But don't do it. You will regret.
Went to the leasing office on the 4th of the month to drop off money order for utility bill payment as a favor for someone. The payment is considered to be late after the 15th day of the month. Notified the customer service staff that the payment was for utilities and that I would need an acknowledgement copy; she probably wasn't listening and her first comment was,"With late fees?"..obviously presuming the occupant was late on rent payment..very rude!!. She collected the money order and asked, "Is this all of it?"; I responded in the affirmative, she dropped off the money order with the manager, Norma, without bringing the acknowledgement copy I requested for. I asked about the copy but was told that I had to either pay $1 to get an acknowledgement copy from the leasing office or go back and get the duplicate copy of the money order for them to sign off on. As said earlier, I was dropping the payment off for someone and did not have the duplicate copy of the money order; we were going back and forth on this (the manager, Norma, was implolite during this conversation) and they ended up returning the money order back to me. These are people that will post notices on your door for late payment penalties even after you have made payments to them well ahead of time (evidence of inefficient/ineffective record keeping process); reason why it's important one obtains an acknowledgement copy from them after any payment. Who returns a client's payment just because they are unwilling to provide an acknowledgement copy to the client? #smh#. I have a zero rating for this experience but will be unable to submit my review without picking a star, that's why they got one star.
A/C not working for a week now. called in last week. DIdn't show up till 6:30 Thursday evening and didn't do anything except look at it. Came home Friday and thermostat set at 70 and temp in apartment was 86!!!. So a week later and no A/C due to gross incompetence of maintenance staff.
Also, the dumpsters aren't enclosed so the parking lot stays full of trash. Very unsightly and depressing.
This has been ok to live in so far. Maintenance and office personnel good to work with up till now. I hate to move and spend the money but it looks like I'll have to now and tired of the trash.
I just moved in to this property and it has been just wonderful the staff at the office were so nice and helpful. Been here for almost 3 weeks and the only issue I had was on my move in day my dishwasher started leaking but they came that same day to fix it and haven't had anymore issues ever since, it has been really peaceful and quite!
No longer a potential resident. This property has nice apartment homes but after witnessing angry residents come into the management office and seeing how things were handled I cannot imagine dealing with anyone in the leasing office. What a nightmare!
