You can trace the roots of Madera Residential back to 1991, but the story really started in 2008 when we bought our first apartment deal, The Lakes at Madera in Baytown, Texas. We received more than just our name from this property. We acquired it just before Hurricane Ike devastated the area in September 2008 followed by the financial crisis hitting in October of 2008. Looking back, this was a very challenging time for Madera Residential, but we now know the lessons we learned shaped who we are today.The most important lesson we learned is that by leaning into relationships and doing the right thing we can weather any storm. The proof of this is The Lakes at Madera ending up being a massively successful property. In April of 2010 we bought our second property with the help of the same investors that invested with us in The Lakes at Madera.Since then we have continued to aggressively grow our portfolio to where we are now considered an industry leader in the state of Texas. Our corporate office is located in Lubbock, Texas which we feel is a competitive advantage. Move in was rough. The apartment was not cleaned after the previous resident. In the COVID world, that was a bit unnerving. They did send in a cleaning crew after we moved in.

I absolutely love living here. The views are amazing and I can honestly say each Vantage Staff Member from the Maintenance to Management is great. I lived in many different high rises and apartments Vantage is by far the best Property!!!! Keep up the amazing Job!!!!!

If you are looking for an awesome apartment with outstanding customer service, look no further than Vantage Med Center. All the common areas including the pool are like a five star resort. The staff are always helpful. The units are well designed with upscale appliances and no wasted space. You need to take a look.
