Roaches were everywhere No parking
they NEVER answer the phones. Everytime I need something I hv to walk or drive to the office. If I decide not to drive or walk to the office my issue or concern never get addressed..
I enjoyed living at Landmark at City Park. The location met my needs, and I only had problems occasionally. My biggest issue was spiders. I lived there for a year and a half, and I was bitten several times by spiders. Other than that I probably would have lived there longer.
The complex is nice but management could relay information better to residents. They could also offer shower rods, and washer and dryer in units for the price that we are paying. The car wash port is a plus but vacuum is broken most of the time. Spacious apartments with great bathrooms and large patios.
The air smells due to plant behind. My parking was often accidentally taken away because they had terrible book keeping and gave to someone else. Oops, is it ok if we give you this other spot. The cold wind sipped throw the weather strip in the door and when I complained they said i'd have to replace it myself! The apartment walls were cracking all around and door literally bending, their response, It's just the foundation settling in. I'm glad I finally moved out and do not regret.
