Changing people at the office its not good. gate always open, some cars sitting in the parking lot for days, its not a junk yard. The mail room its a mess.

Our mailbox section was damaged 3 months ago and has not been fixed yet, so the post office is now returning mail as undeliverable. The pool filters have broken down 2-3 times and have taken several days to fix each time. The pool cleanings have been irregular and poorly done. There are several dogs that run loose through the complex even though we have reported them, with their unit numbers to the building management. The water pressure is barely above a dribble and the toilets barely flush, probably due to clogged or damaged sewer lines.
