      Where do I start? This apartment complex is infested with German cockroaches. The complex is poorly ran. All of the appliances are outdated causing the electricity bill to be exorbitant. The buildings are filthy the hallways smell horrible the walls are thin. I'm not sure how they are getting away with this.

      Kourtney is very nice, I feel in love with the apartment and the area is high end... where going through the process now of me applying for the apartment.. I will let you know if everything went well.

      The best place to live EVER!!! The staff are great, the apartments are very well maintained and beautiful, DEFINITELY HOME. VERY SECURE too. I wish had moved here sooner!

      This complex is one of the worst that I have ever occupied. It's more than apparent that whomever penned this website description had no idea of what "luxury" actually was. I've been listening to, for over an hour, someone's A/C unit running, over my head, courtesy of the cheaply designed exterior. It's more than an annoyance. Texas SFI Partnership 68 LTD did a tad more than grease a few palms to secure a permit for this pile of rubbish!! If you can hear your neighbor snoring SOFTLY at 3:00am, please understand the structural flaws in the design of the beautifully designed matchbox. Do not let the outside fool you, because it sure did a number on me. If you don't trust me, go ahead and invest your hard earned money in this property, but don't say you were not warned.

      If youre looking for a place where your car will get broken into, your motorcycle will get stolen, your AC will have mold in it and they lose your check for rent on multiple occasions then this is the place for you! Ever since the Richdale company took over, everything took a sour turn. The management here will lose/misplace your monthly checks for rent and send you eviction notices. This happened to me twice. They misplaced my check and sent an eviction notice plus a bunch of miscellaneous fees. When I followed up with them and they finally found my check, they just laughed and giggled an apology. Crime is a big thing here. On multiple occasions we had break ins. A stereo was stolen out of one of my vehicles and the management did nothing to step up security. Which lead to my motorcycle getting stolen here. Literally someone stole my motorcycle from the parking garage. The cameras barely work, it takes the manager over a week to retrieve footage after a crime happens. So dont be alarmed if the burglars get away. Since it takes forever to retrieve footage. My AC unit had mold in it, I was paying over $300 a month in electricity. The management did nothing to investigate. Anything too complicated and they just refer you to their corporate office in Omaha. Oh, also... youll pay I believe $30-35 a month for door side trash pickup but its better not to use it at all. Youll get more fees in violations than you will services. Too many rules and guidelines on how to put your trash out and where to place it etc etc. Oh, and also... be careful not to bother the manager at the leasing office too much! She barely has any patience and she wont hesitate to kick you out of the office or call the police on you. Even if you have a valid concern like, ohhh I dunno, your property being stolen or getting an eviction notice for rent that you clearly paid on time. Gym leaks from roof. Pool is green, graffiti all over the walls. Management sucks
