Whenever I need assistance they always help me. They are very dependable. The apartment ground are always nice and clean.
safe place to live. I ve been living in this apt from fall 2011 to today. this place got way improved with a 24/7 security. We love staying here and we enjoy the new design of the complex with a 24/7 gym.
There is only one thing that I enjoy on property and that would be the front office staff. I do however do not feel that the management staff is properly trained. After leasing and managing an apartment for three years i have noticed that there are a few things that are not done correctly. Such as, informing residents on construction work, changes to rules, pricing, and the proper technique of fixing residents maintance request.
The staff were rude. They gave me crazy charges when I moved out. They took forever to fix problems other than the maintenence man. Maintenence man came timely and did his jobs. The office staff were rude morons. Worst experience of my life. Too expensive for the ghetto it's in. The roads and the roaches were awful.
