Fantastic property close to the airport and situated between Galveston and Houston.. Easy access to Beltway, 45, and 610 along with other local attractions. By far the best place I have lived!
safe place to live. I ve been living in this apt from fall 2011 to today. this place got way improved with a 24/7 security. We love staying here and we enjoy the new design of the complex with a 24/7 gym.
There is only one thing that I enjoy on property and that would be the front office staff. I do however do not feel that the management staff is properly trained. After leasing and managing an apartment for three years i have noticed that there are a few things that are not done correctly. Such as, informing residents on construction work, changes to rules, pricing, and the proper technique of fixing residents maintance request.
