I am in my third lease term (12 months each) at The Inverness and am so comfortable here. The office staff is incredibly friendly, competent, professional, honest, accommodating...I cannot say enough about them! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The amenities are comfortable and always available. The neighbors are quiet and the community is overall a very comfortable place. I have never had a problem with the management here, and have rented enough that I am aware that this is not to be taken for granted.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is done promptly, sometimes same day. I feel safe here and the apts. are up to date on the interior. I feel like all of my needs are met.
