I wish I can give -10000000 stars but I can't. Please READ THIS before even setting up an appointment to tour this apartment building! Lets start with THEY HAVE ROACHES. Of course when you move in (like I did) you won't know and you won't see them. Until a month and a half later AFTER you've signed a 12 month lease you have 10000 roaches in your apartment right. This apartment building has FAKE REVIEWS. When you tell them you want to move out because of a ROACH INFESTATION in your apartment with you and your CHILDREN they tell you "okay just don't post any reviews".... very strange right? They're not even concerned about the lease they just don't want anyone else to know so that they can continue to take peoples money. I don't even know why "downtown" is in their name because I've never had a roach issue living downtown. I wish someone wrote a review like I did so that I was aware of the issue. DONT MOVE HERE!! Find a place that is actually DOWNTOWN not surrounded by homeless people and don't have roaches! its on the side of the express way anyway this is not DOWNTOWN!

I must say this is one of the best apartments I have ever rented. I have lived in some luxury communities in other cities before but The Hamilton is at the top of my list. I love the size of my apartment. It is in the perfect location downtown. They have some cool community events. The office Staff (Christine & Damien) are very friendly and always willing to help me with getting to know this large city.

I love my apartment here and the community as a whole. My neighbors are outgoing and friendly, well lit building inside and in the parking garage and well kept. My apartment is huge and compared to others downtown, I have not seen any closets come close to mine. I love the events, the staff is very involved and keeps us informed on changes in the building and area events. They are warm and friendly - I am renewing my lease here and looking forward to another great year.

Great location - leasing told me that they ride their bikes everywhere and they were not kidding. I ride mine everywhere to Midtown, Eado, and the Heights on a longer ride. Everything is convenient and I feel very comfortable here. They have a doorman at night and they are always very friendly and helpful. They give a professional look to the building and my guests are always impressed. It's like a hotel concierge!

Great place downtown for a good price. I enjoy the amenities and the social events. I don't think I have ever attended apartment events but here I really like the crowd and the things they do. They property is always clean, weekends can get dirty but come Monday morning, the staff has it cleaned right back up. Thanks to the team here for keeping this place looking good and creating an atmosphere that I actually enjoy being a part of - all of my friends love visiting.

I've toured several communities this week and this one is by far the best so far strictly based on the tour experience. The leasing agent was so welcoming, I felt like I already lived here. The manager ( I assume) came and introduced herself to me and offered me coffee and hot chocolate... I must say, I'm impressed and I think I've found my new home. This is the standard to which all apartment communities should reach. By the way the building and amenities are flawless, and the location is prime. Eado, Midtown both in walking distance and you're in the heart of the city - easy freeway access. I can't wait to move in!
