First off, mr tanna is a Good quality manager but the complex is in a flood zone. Price is a little high for how often it catastrophically floods. Absolutely zero community events or involvement which is also a bummer.

It seems like a safe place to live, however I do wish there were more parking available. I would renew my lease if I knew it would not flood again but that is not the apartment's fault.

Overall, it's a decent place to live. The office works with you if there are any problems(which are hardly any). The laundry utility is very clean and i havent Had any problems with missing clothes, laundry soap, or baskets. Parking is very easy to find and there is always a space open no matter what time i come Home.

I love my apartment. I love the looks of it and the space we have! The gym and computer room is kept very nice. I love the pool area and how it's set up. The staff is always nice. I wish I could change how loud it is. I can hear my neighbors above me walking around everyday, most of the day. I wish some tenants kept their dogs on leashes. Most do not. Overall, I like living here. It's in an amazing location and I feel safe with my three year old!
