In the last year there have been at least a dozen break ins. Cars and apartments, at all times of day and night.
Owners refuse to install security cameras or a night guard or any other solution to this situation.
Secondly, if you end up in an apartment above/below a noisy neighbor or dog who barks all night, management will not do anything about it, nor will they let you out of your lease.
Rents keep going up and quality of living is going down.
When we first moved in the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful and since then they have switched almost the entire staff out who are not helpful nor friendly! The landscaping has also taken a turn for the worse with dog waste not being picked up. Overall we will definitely be moving once our lease is up!
The staff has always been ready and willing to help with any issue.
