Just moved in..so far so good Neibors seem nice and very helpful For my wheelchair. All new appliances stove fridge dishwasher Parking space near door. Not super noisy gate code light up walkways Neosha is the best works to get it done.

If they're gonna raised the rent at least have EVERYTHING in working order. Especially during a global pandemic. Lord, where's the compassion?

Pool is just a selling point but they wont open it. They blame it on everything else. The maintenance people will just be in your place all the time making huge messes. They break your furniture. They throw your things around. God forbid you have an emergency maintenance on the weekend because then youre completely screwed. The ants are so bad that even when your place is sparking clean theyre still crawling all over the place biting you. They still expect you to be happy and pay your full rent though when they arent providing what they promised or a dwelling space you can call your home. I would not recommend this place to anybody at all. Stay away!
