If I could give 0 I would . PLEASE dont move there. Only thing about Salado I liked was Neosha the manger and Oscar the maintenance guy. But the place has mice and thats why I left.( I transferred to their sister property Augusta at cityview and i love it!! They have roaches BUT i rather a roach than a rat but Ive gotten rid of them. Its my third day here and i cleaned everywsll, corner and ceiling with bleach, boric score in corners and sealed every crack. No more roaches. Only saw them first day)We covered them but it still ate through the walls. Crawling from under the stairs making holes to come up. You can hear them in the walls . Ugh the apats are reasonable and I loved when I stayed upstairs in a flat but I wanted to transfer to town home once lease was up. I loved my town home but I believe they are poorly built .. the apttsmrnts are okay and no sign of mice but everyone on my block said theyve seen mice at the town home. Who wants to live with mice , Elizabeth is RUDE! Liz is okay. Never had a problem with her. I just think they should shut the whole complex down . Or invest in a whole new staff excluding Neosha and Oscar and other maintenance . I did like my tIme there since January 5th up until September 10th. I moved to the town home August 1st and left November 2nd . Anyways if you move there just get a regular apt not townhome
You call to set up a tour with one representative and when you get their it is a whole another story. A waste of time and gas.
Cockroaches are rampant. The parking lot is full of potholes. Some of the mailboxes have no doors on them. Maintenance lie about coming to repair things. Leaks are everywhere which keeps the cockroaches. Mud everywhere the SECURED parking gate been OPENED for weeks. It's a flood zone so higher car insurance.
