I stayed these apartment complex for 1 year, overall good location, apartment were good as per price. However management changed multiple times in 12 months time. Staff is very rude and inconsiderate . They were unable to solve issues regarding noise and floor. As apartment floor noise protection and guarding is very poor. Regarding cleaniness, property management were unable to apply cleaniness regarding pets and thier waste. I have 2 year old it was always a issue that there had been feces and wasted in grass around walking area.
Property management is not clear in thier notifications . However all not a great experience.

Use to be a nice place to call home. Management turnover is high and each one puts their own ideas into action so the consistency is lost.
RP forces you to pay for things you never see improve.. Everything is clean in the places they take you on tours, ask to see an actual occupied building of YOUR selection.
Ask staff if THEY live here. Ask a resident about flooding and security.
Take your chances if you want, I'll be moving when my lease expires.

I am normally not one to do online reviews however, I just love my apartment and all the new adminities the new owners have added and the S Rice drainage problems that have been an issue for years. These people have been so much better than the others and looks like there are new people in the office who care.
Thank you New Owners! I will be renewing my lease after looking around and my monthly cost is the best for the size and quality compared to the others I have seen. Walking distance to the new Walmart and Starbucks across the street is just a happy skip across the street for my morning office if the office is closed, they serve Starbucks Pike Place too :)
