Lease Terms

Variable, 6-Month, 7-Month, 8-Month, 9-Month, 10-Month, 11-Month, 12-Month, 13-Month, 14-Month, 15-Month, 16-Month

Our lease terms are 6 and 15 months. Security Deposit: $150, $250 and $350. Pet Policy: We accept pets up to 35lbs. with a $150 refundable pet deposit, $150 non-refundable pet fee. 2 max pets per unit. Call for breed restrictions.

Very quiet place Peking was awful but they fix it and everything is good now very professional staff I enjoy living here highly recommend !!!...they are pet friendly as well. Just some dogs are loose.

I moved here in January and I Love it. It's quiet and nobody bothers you. I haven't seen the bad roach infestation issue that some people spoke of. Staff ladys are the best.

I enjoyed living here but unfortunately I had to move to another state. Lived here for 2 years neighbors are friendly and very quiet...
