I moved two months ago, since that I made a complaint about Nicotine odor, they came to the apartment and figure it out that the smell comes from my neighbor's apartment because they smoke inside, they notify me, but they haven't do anything about it, I'm so tired of that smell every single day, is unacceptable! I have a kid and they don't even try to do anything about it, I'm so tired of this situation!
Been here almost 6 months, and I have tried to be optimistic, but there are soooooo many hazards and problems. So my living room has no lighting whatsoever, the water is brown when you first turn on the faucet for like the first 30 seconds, and there's roaches. There are uneven sidewalks, no proper drainage, you will have to leap over your porch to keep your shoes from getting soaked, just read down these comments and you'll find current residents saying the same thing, the water fills the sidewalks and it STINKS! Also, the floors are thin if you know what I mean, my bathtubs grime was painted over, and there is NO PARKING WHATSOEVER!!! I won't even start on the sidewalks or how this place always reeks of dog poop, I will just talk about when I was told when I first moved in I could have a place to park my car, but after 630 there are virtually no spots to park. Please keep in mind I've been watching motorcycles and covered cars stay in the same open spot for months, those spots are spots actual residents could use. I have had my car towed behind this problem, and this biggest issue I have is HOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE RESERVED PARKING SPOTS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR, BUT THERE IS A WAITING LIST!!!!! Because there are "only 100 reserved spots available" But if that is true, why do they STILL ACCEPT NEW RESIDENTS, knowing this will make it even harder for current residents!?! That means I have nowhere to park my car, and I have to risk getting towed daily. These people will take advantage of you if you let them, there are so many other places to rent, dont come here please. I'll be adding pictures every night, just so you guys can see how these people really run their business. The only resolution I want is a place to park, it shouldn't be hard to ask that from the same people who take in new residents every day, right? Let's find out.
