Its is younger ladie tall hair she let us waiting for long time. My son call her to help us ..
then I tell him lets wait for little moment
I did call her she was inside office like u cant see her in front office.... she screamed at me saying
( wait tell I call u)
She was very disrespectful to me! Specially Im that mother same time Im guess . To the office....
We left because Im very patient to people and my self ... I didnt know what make her screaming..
I believe they should invent a new option with Zero Star only dedicated to Management at Old farm Apartment . Even one star is far generous to be honest . Let me start with property manager who claim to be in industry for many years and that might be the first issue.Ad manager you should have the education and manner of being manager .She has no knowledge of handling issues with residents properly and in right manner . She believes she can hide her miss management and lack of information under her fake smile .She has no care for losing any residents ,there is mutual loyalty , respect and understanding within residents and landlord that cause the residents to stay longer bur she seems to miss the point .It is open market , i would rather pay my hard earned money to the place who offer good service and make me like my home is place of peace not a jail to be bully with management company just because we are bounded with contract .
The leasing manager seems to be confused of his job description , not that he is rude and dose not know how to speak with residents , he think himself above the law or he think he runs a jail and he goes around the property in golf cart like he comes right you a tickets for violation the gods law or something.Super disqualify for his responsibility , i do not wish for someone with little general knowledge to have access to my personal information or anythings in regards .
They have residents services running by this young lady ,she had forgotten that the most important part of resident service is the customer service .If i need to speak with rude and low educated person in this property she would be my first choice .I have never seen property manger , leasing manger or resident service manager to put effort to show some respect to any residents .I have seen them many times around the property in golf cart but never they have tried to say Hi or respond to greeting to any walking residents in the property .

Never any parking after 11 they dont tow cars that dont belong so visitors park wherever they chose, pet owners do not clean up after there dogs (probably because maintenance never refills the dog stations with doggie bags), management does not respond to emails, kids running and riding bikes in the street, dumpsters have trash outside of them and not inside the actual dumpster, just an overall headache to live there. Asked about month to month leasing and they want an additional $800 for rent. Dont put anything on your balcony because the leaves, squirrels, and birds with destroy them.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This apartment may look great on the outside but messy on the inside. There are constant roach infestations, and you try everything to get rid of them but it keeps coming back.
The parking is horrible at night, sometimes you have to park outside of the apartment complex and walk. Work orders never are complete you have to constantly keep calling and asking if someone is going to fix the problems.
Thats brings me to another point, no one ever answer the phone for resident services!!!! Which means you have to always walk Into the office to get your issues solved. Pool is always dirty, and lights in the pool are broken. Gym equipment never working!!! Please Take My Advise and DO NOT MOVE HERE, its overpriced and your not getting what you pay for.
