Office staff was unpleasant & unprofessional. My unit 2112 kept sewage issues & I was NEVER compensated for the inconvenience of having to sleep in the filth.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!! I wouldnt recommend to anyone !! Lets start off with management! MANAGEMENT MAY APPEAR THOUGHTFUL AND CONSIDERATE BUT THEY ARE JUST OUT FOR A COMPENSATION ! If you are having any trouble with your living stability dont think to call management! They will not answer the phone ! And once they get familiar with your number they WILL not answer it ! !
I WITNESSED MY NEIGHBOR GETTING THEIR CAR BROKE INTO AND EVEN HEARD OF CAR VANDALISM! THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS EXCEPT IN THE FRONT LIKE THAT HELPS
SECURITY IS A JOKE ! THE SECURITY IS ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE AND DONT MOVE TO ANY SUDDEN NOICE . I WOULD HATE TO SEE A DRIVEBY ONE DAY , SECURITY WILL BE THE FIRST HIT FOR NOT PAYING ATTENTION
THE APARTMENT ITSELF IS BIG BUT OUTDATED ! EVERYTHING JUST SEEMS OLD ! OH YEAH AND ITS ROACH INFESTED!! YET WE PAY PEST CONTROL EVERY MONTH
AGAIN DONT MOVE HERE !! THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY NOT FOR YOUR WELL BEING

I experience 2 rodents in my unit ,
I brought it to the manager's attention and they sent over the maintenance to try and catch them that didn't work..
I brought it to the manager attention again she tell me she don't have proof that a rodents was in my unit..
I asked her for the corporate number she refuses to give it to me.
At this time I'm seeking an attorney's assistant to see what can be done about this..
I pay my rent late because by law they were supposed to put me in another unit but they haven't.
I haven't moved because I don't want this on my credit as a broken lease..
To whoever reads this I would not advise you to move here..
Management is very poor ,.
These apartments beginning to look ran down..
speed bumps have yet to be replaced ever since this new company has taken over...
these apartments look a mess..
Every one that works in that office needs to be replaced.

My husband applied here over a month a go and last week they called to say they gave him the wrong unit # , due to it being leased to someone else. When he asked for the deposit back they stated its nom refundable because he was already approved and that unit he wanted is still available. This just shows the lack of professionalism and communication in the office.
