There is absolutely no professional staff! They have zero reliability. There is no respect for people who live there and for the issue they can have. They don't care about you. In that complex there is no safety (repeted house break-ins and car/bike thefts) and no cleaning (no pest controll even if it's included in the ameneties).Sadly, very bad to me.

The family behind Richdale Group is Slosburg, but their association with Lanesborough is noticeably not advertised. Be cautious of businesses where the individuals who profit are nameless. I would move away I could, but doing so at this point would be too much of a hassle. Dont trust all the reviews you see--some of my neighbors were offered rent reductions for positive reviews. Consider the following: -Crime: Break-ins are common (may in daytime). I would not leave children home alone here. After a break in, the company will bring security guards, but that only lasts for a few days. Some break-ins occurred despite the presence of guards! -Mandatory monthly amenity fee upwards of $60. Rents also increase when you renew your lease: My monthly rent is about $300 higher now than when I moved in. - Every so often, your account gets audited and you are asked to pay more money. For me, these requests were about $20. One time I was charged $100 for a service which I did not purchase. I was never informed of the charge, and next thing I know, they sent me a letter stating that they had commenced an eviction! - Staff are often unprofessional and demeaning. When my wife asked the front office staff for a small rent reduction in a renewal contract, she was told you can always submit your 60 day move out notice. Another time, we had a fire ant colony blocking a stairwell entrance that had not been removed for a week. I was essentially told that I should exterminate the colony myself. In exchange for some proximity to TMC, one pays much more here, and has to deal with unprofessional behavior from staff. We get nickel-and-dimed, yet Richdale continues to survive where no other company could: In an ideal world, people could just move away if they were dissatisfied, but the barriers in place--high cost/time to move, year-long contract, etc--keep us from doing so, thereby keeping Richdale alive. Look just a little further away and you can save a lot of money and hassle.
