I love living here! The office staff is so nice and my neighbors are great. They starts enforcing towing so now I have a parking spot near my apartment! We've had a New property manager for about a year and she's sweet. I come to talk to her about my problems and she always listens. I almost didn't renew my lease because I was so unhappy with previous managers but she talked me into staying and I'm glad! Thank you Shamra !

I wish that I could post the pictures, and that it was scratch and sniff.... The apartment number #702 was supposed to be signed 5/3/2018 under contract 5/5/2018. I drove from Louisiana and walked into the apartment today 5/6/2018. The door was opened leaving access for entry. The entire apartment was covered in filth (trash, clothes, etc) everywhere! The smell was horrible! Last week I called the apartment requested my deposit($150.00) back, due to lack of communication with the complex, for an application I filled on 4/3/2018. When the manager informed me that the deposit which it states, on the initial application was not a deposit, but administrative fee was non refundable. This was NOT stated on their site nor when making the payment. The only non refundable fee was the application fee of $75.00. The next day the complex sent a lease via email. What they didn't know was I was paying the sign a visit today! I'm so glad I decided to do this. What a horrible place, I wouldn't even allow my dogs to lay in this roach infested apartment. Not stop run by! The complex also have social media sites that don't allow pictures nor negative information to help consumers on their apartment journey.
