This place is horrible. Its poorly managed.
The grounds arent maintained well. There is always trash everywhere, people throw their trash on the ground near the dumpsters and it usually stays there for days. Making it look horrible to pull up to when you have to drive pass over flooding dumpsters.
There were always issues with the gates so they are more often than not just left open. Defeating the whole purpose of having gates.
There was a shooting on the property right outside of my building. Management didnt address it at all, no letter or email... NOTHING! There were vehicle broken into. When I asked management about the crime because I read about it in other reviews, prior to signing a lease, they completely down played it and tried to blame the tenant for the bad review.
There was Loud music being played at all hours of the night from apartments and sometimes from cars.
I was only there for 3 months!
I would not recommend this place to anyone! They have low standards and I am glad to be out of there!
The assistant manager is extremely rude and I have seen several ratings for years about her terrible customer service, however, she still continues to treat residents poorly. Many times it takes weeks and in one case months for maintenance problems to be fixed, and that was only after calling over and over again. They seem to try and make you seem like the problem for continuing to report the issues that are not addressed. They don't seem to care about their residents at all and dont keep the
My apartment was missing lights at move in they said they would send somepne 2weeks later when I called inquiring they said i was responsible for replacing the lights bulbs that never worked then my car was broken into, I have loud neighbors below and above me and there is no courtesy officer prompt on the phone line anylonger... I'm not happy with the community it has changed tremendously in the short time I've been here.
I feel the property is generally well maintained. However, some staff members are less willing to do (what I feel is) basic customer service in regards to apartment living. For ex, if I take the time to come inside the office to pay my rent (on time & in full) and I merely ask you for proof of payment (copy of check with staff initials & date) for my records, you should provide that to me without hesitation. Also I have never seen or met the actual manager, I think she should be more visible.
