Only been in here for 1 month. I moved from va to Houston tx so this is my first apartment.. I love the apartment space for the price they gave me. However I feel like they can do better with fixing things.. my water in my master bedroom is still not working. I have notified the rental office plenty of times. Still no one have came out. Overall I love my apartment n the people in the rental office is very polite n sweet.
I would tell them that you really help me a lot.
HOW CAN I GIVE NEGATIVE RATING???? I lived in Lakeside for about a year. From day one I signed up for automatic payment because I travel a lot and did not want to miss any payment. After I moved out, I responded to good bye email from apartment management, asking if there was anything due from or due to. They never responded. Few months later, I received letter from collection agency stating that I owe last month rent. I immediately checked into my bank account and found out somehow last month rent was not deducted. So as soon as I found out, I made full payment excluding late fee because it was non of my fault that they did not deduct my rent like they have been doing since day one. I sent numerous letters to management and credit reporting agency along with my bank statement copies to show, rent has been deducted automatically and I would not be responsible for late payment. However, management and collection agency did not care. Because if this my credit score went down from 815 to 711. I finally went to management office to see if they want to drop the filing on my credit report. Respond? "Take it to the court". So I am taking them to small court and will be asking judge to punish them for damages they have caused.
