self toured the property. very disappointed. Looks nothing like th pictures. Lost my application fee of $50.
Great part of town to live in, but terrible complex. During the summer the ac has to run the entire day just to get your apartment to a comfortable temperature. My last apartment was bigger than this one, and my electricity bill was much lower each month. I was also told my water bill would average around $20 and be $30 on the high end but its been $40 minimum every month for me. The walls are also super thin and you can hear every single car that passes by. I wake up almost every night because of this. I made sure to ask a bunch of questions before I signed because Ive learned what to ask from past experiences. These were very important factors to me and I feel like I was lied to about every single one of my questions asked. I would have never singed my a lease if I knew it would be this bad. I have lived at 6 different apartments in my life between 4 years at college, and the couple of years Ive been graduated. This one is by far the worst one I have experienced and Im not even a hard person to please I dont look for much when seeking an apartment. I never leave reviews for places, especially bad ones, but I highly recommend looking somewhere else to live. I cannot stress that enough. I am so upset and wish I could end my lease now without consequences. My lease cant end fast enough and I will not be signing here again.
Over all nice apartments the downfall is the parking when you have company and also; neighbors that don't have consideration for your parking spot.
Ugly neighbors that are always complaining! Ughhhh..... Thank God she finally moved. Another thing that is also a downfall are the spider's & bugs, they are so bad around here, around the vehicles under the carport & inside our apartment way up in 5he top corners of the cathedral ceiling!!!!! Maintenance is kinda shady, because I asked them to fix my tub twice..... the reason I had to ask the 2nd time is because the 1st time it was not done the correct way!!! Looks like water damage is also in our apartment, in the walls as well and I have never been so sick as I have been since we moved here in 2017, I can't wait to get our house!!!!! No, I wouldn't recommend, it's too expensive for living and it's not luxury!!!!! M9nth to month living here is totally outrageous!!!!!!!!
Location is nice but apartments are VERY dated for the price. I was a resident for about 3 years. Dont expect to get your deposit back, they will use any excuse to charge you and keep it. The waterside community seems nice at first until you notice all the maintenance issues. Cracks in the walls, broken thresholds, doors missing weather stripping. We also had a rat problem. If you move here make sure you audit your apartment BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OTHERWISE. Was told by the office manager that we were responsible for replacing EXPENSIVE kitchen light bulb that are at least 10 high (we dont even have a ladder) or we would be charged for each bulb($75 each). For how much your paying here, you can rent a luxury apartment down the street with granite counter tops, updated amenities and just WAY MORE for your buck. The property manager is very condescending when bringing any maintenance issues to her attention. Almost every night we were woken up by new neighbors pulling up late at night, playing music VERY LOUDLY. I am so glad I moved out of there and Im never looking back.
Better than some location.
