I cannot commend The Grey House enough. I have lived in several apartment blocks in Houston and this is by far the best from every perspective. The management staff are excellent. The rent represents excellent value for money and it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. It has everything I needed.
They hire lots of staffs who take care of all issue in the apartment. They have great responsibility on our life. For instance, cleaners always clean poolside, passages or common room... I love it!!
GreyHouse is an excellent community with amazing staff. I always feel valued and the gorgeous finishes make this place top notch. I love the location and amenities too! Doesn't get better. No reason to look elsewhere people. You will love living here!
Only live here if you are ok with loud bands and music every weekend. Expect to hear loud music and loud drunk people yelling until approximately 2am.
Also, men drive up and down the streets in golf carts, pulling large metal wheel dumpsters.
Nothing about this place is ok.
If you are thinking about living here (vs shopping), be aware of a few things ... (1) on Friday and Saturday nights Toulouse has a DJ that plays incredibly loud outside from about 9pm until 2am. I don't believe an apartment would be of much comfort during these times, and (2) it is not unusual to hear drunks screaming and laughing at 2-3am out on the streets. Caveat Emptor residents.
Update to 2018: Here I sit, at 12:15am, listening to the band and partygoers, screaming outside of our windows. No change from 2017. But, the good news is, they shut down at 1:00am instead of 2:00!!!
