Only live here if you are ok with loud bands and music every weekend. Expect to hear loud music and loud drunk people yelling until approximately 2am.
Also, men drive up and down the streets in golf carts, pulling large metal wheel dumpsters.
Nothing about this place is ok.
If you are thinking about living here (vs shopping), be aware of a few things ... (1) on Friday and Saturday nights Toulouse has a DJ that plays incredibly loud outside from about 9pm until 2am. I don't believe an apartment would be of much comfort during these times, and (2) it is not unusual to hear drunks screaming and laughing at 2-3am out on the streets. Caveat Emptor residents.
Update to 2018: Here I sit, at 12:15am, listening to the band and partygoers, screaming outside of our windows. No change from 2017. But, the good news is, they shut down at 1:00am instead of 2:00!!!
Management is very unaccommodating,, they play by 2 sets of rules. They have had 4 manager s in 12 months, with no continuity between change of mangers, The treatment from management does not support the price point.they will give you a lot of fluff when they are wanting you to move in. They dress and look the part, but do not follow up or follow through with anything promised. Do not take any thing verbally from them,it will change.
So I went into the gray House apartments in River Oaks on Saturday looking at the community for a client Felt it was a nice Community so I decided to come back on Sunday to put a application in for myself since I was in the market as well that's when all professionalism went down the drain The leasing consultant was aware of my timeframe that I needed to make a decision to move so she promised to get an answer back to me next Business day did not hear from her via phone call or email so I took matters in my own hands and decided to give a call was never available so I decide to go to the community because I'm in this business as well so I know sometimes you can be tied up she have not even enter my application to add more to it once she did enter my application because I was there she enter my income in wrong which causes a automatic denial I then reached out to property manager my opinion very unprofessional told me that he will look into it and get back to me that day which is Tuesday did not call me at all so I reached out to him he gave me the runaround For the whole week with the I will call you back I'm working on your file but did receive a email telling me that he was going to re-enter my income had to do my own follow up on the results call today which is Friday he tried to say the same thing and I told him at this point I'm not comfortable even if he can't get it fixed long story short its a shame of the level of service that A prestigious community has that have poor customer service it's a no-brainer that they only 65% occupied I would not recommend any clients at this time because if they can't respond to an application how do you feel that they will respond to maintenance issues just my thought
I am all about location. I love the district. My apartment is so unique sometimes I feel like I am back in LA living here. Ask to tour with Atia!
