Can only speak on my own experience. I truly enjoy living at Gracie Square. Moved in Oct. 2018. Everything brand new, appliances, floors. Any maintenance concerns have been immediately addressed. Staff friendly and respectful. Same staff since I moved here. Grounds kept manicured. Love architecture and design. Only thing, sometimes parking can be a little challenging if you don't choose to pay for covered assigned parking. Most people don't. But I have no problem unless I come in late. Otherwise I park right in front of my place. LOVE IT!

Lets say...I will be moving ASAP. For the amount I pay I can stay in the energy corridor or city center its much nicer. Several issue: parking is horrible with only 10-15 visitors slots available and they fill up quick. I was told to park my car and not move it until Monday. Who does that! Cant get a parking permit if insurance is not in your name. Im driving my brothers car..geeez. Ive been towed three times. I asked if they thought about creating additional visitor parking somewhere close to the back and was told no. FYI visitors parking is not central and is a good walking distance. Issue two: maintenance does not speak English, they can barely understand. Ive asked several times to fix a cabinet that was broken upon move in. Months later its still broken. For the 1500 I pay I should at least have everything fixed in a timely manner. Issue three: Tone, tone, tone. Just something so simple as how you are spoken to. I really do not want to go in the office for anything. Other stuff prospect tenants should to know... pool access you need to sign a contract. Wrist bands are needed to swim. Lost band is about $25. Online Payment portal is available however it is additional $50 to process an online payment. If you are late on payment they file eviction quick. Seriously like they file on the 4th or 5th. Make sure to pay on time. No gate code, Ive asked several times and was told there was none. Forced to walk from front to rear of apartments. My kids use Uber and cant get picked up or dropped off at the door. Dominos pizza does not deliver. They consider to complex dangerous. But even if they did they cant get in. Oh yeah and there is a code my neighbor gave it to me. I can keep going but...Ill start a new comment

Previous Management Company

Moved here in August and since then they have switched management multiple times. They are not very communicative, nor do they know how to keep track of records and payment histories. So keep up with your own. Also, they JUST now implemented parking assignments after all this time Ive been here. If you dont pay for covered parking, you must park in unconcerned. Hooooooowwweever, then then decide to put reserve signs on certain uncovered parking spots, thus taking more spots away from those who dont pay for covered. The way the complex is layers out, its smarter to reserve covered spots, ESPECIALLY when you will have less people paying for them. I promise you that. No one wants to start paying when they been living here nearly 6 months already. The location is good because it is central. Thats all I appreciate. Absolutely not staying here ever again unless it gets bought out by a totally new and LEGIT management company that actually sticks around for longer than a month. So, I wont be back. Terrible.
