I love the set up and the amenities at Domain. The staff is friendly and nice . So far very clean . But I wish that Not just Domain Apts but all Apts would invest in noise reduction , maybe thicker walls and front doors ? But All and all its a nice community.
I am totally in love with my new apartment, the amenities are amazing It's like being at a resort at home the maintenance are on top of my needs every time I had requested anything super fast to resolve any issue.
The office staff is very professional and extra friendly couldn't have a better Agent always available and informative the most professional Leasing agent highly recommend Joanna.
Domain New Forest is a great community to live in. The newness of the community, the amenities, and the access to shopping and eateries near makes this a sure-fire home for someone young and contemporary. I would give the office staff an 8 out 10 on communicating with residents because there were inconsistencies with someone new but the more seasoned associates saw to my concerns being handled. I would give the community an overall 9.5, including safety since the community is gated and can only be accessed by residents.
Very nice place to live. I feel safe and peaceful, my neighbors are nice and respectful. I got everything nearby. My dog is in love with the dog park, and I'm in love with the Beer Garden. We love the amenities! -Veronica V.
Notice no one who gave a 5 star review lives here yet. Ants!! Everywhere all the time and baby spiders. The "valet" trash system kind of sucks we have ugly black trash cans that do not look like the discrete ones in the brochure and its honesty not my neighbors fault that they always have a ton of trash me and my guests need to look at as we walk in. Speaking of guests you get a 2 maximum so if you're looking around like "what a cool place for me to hang out with my friends" this isn't it. Especially if you're one person because you pay a ton for none of the fun. Horrible communication. No resident appreciation just constant new rules, passive aggressive notices, and a reminder that "you're only one unit and we have over 300". Cell signal sucks and the mandatory cable package you have to pay for has no where near as many channels as promised. I love greystar properties but this place needs a lot more work before it's worth the price.
