The reason they have room is they suck. They make you jump through hoops to get in and the take your money. Don't waste your time or money. on these jerks--

In desperate need of repairs. Neighbors play loud music on the weekends. Sounds like you are at a night club. Club opens around 3 pm or so on Fridays and the party goes on until midnight on Sunday morning. Do not recommend. Gates are always broken. People use exit as entrance, since gate is broken and always open.
