I've been living at Costa Rialto for almost 2yrs. Overall it's been fair but I will NOT be renewing my lease. 1. My apt is infested with the roaches and I never had them before until I got new neighbors. Mgmt has exterminated, I've bombed and even set roach traps and I still have them. 2. This yr the parking as become terrible. I get off of work at 2pm and I can not leave or I will have to park far from window and walking sight. 3. Not enough storage space my 2nd rm closet (lrgst) is the storage

I gave it excellent because i love the space that i have in my apartment and i think the office staff and maintenance crew are awesome people

Wonderful place to live. I have 2 children and the apartments are equipped with a playground and where not to far from a park as well. Friendly staff. Good security. On a bus route. Shopping centers are not too far. Overall 2 thumbs up
