Because the wild cats, roaches, and still waiting on tub fixture since i moved it on July2017 and its another lease and things still not done. Nothing for teenagers to do for fun on property.
I was lied to about everything in regards to the apartment. It was filthy when we moved in. The lay out and amenities where completely off. We were lied to about all of it. All of the cabinets were either broken, mismatched, or hanging off. There was blood on the ceiling and door jam in one of the bathrooms. The appliances where all different colors. (The appliances have since been fixed.) The electric is on two separate meters for two different apartment units but equally operate the one unit I live in. I was not told this information either. Then the apartments cut the power to the half of the unit for the meter i was not informed of with out any warning or explanation. I spent half the day on the phone with Centerpoint trying to figure out what was going on. It was finally figured out at that time that there was a second meter. Centerpoint claims that this complex merged 2 units and never let Centerpoint know to have the meters combined. For this reason, I was forced to get a second electric account. They would not let me combine the billing because the apartments still have them listed as 2 different units. There are holes in the tile throughout the unit. The paint on the walls are different colors. Some strokes are white and some are yellow. The counter tops where all different colors and on some of them the paint is peeling off. All this and so much more. The ultimate icing on the cake is the fact that I have reported these issues along with pictures and I only ever get "we will get right on this and call you right back"; but i never hear from them unless I go in there again. I have done the best I can to make myself comfortable but its almost like something new keeps happening every time I try to let it go. It is like a bad dream that I cant wake up from. I am nervous to let my guard down because I am unsure of what unwelcome surprise awaits me next.
From day one, things were not in the best condition. And anytime we needed them fixed, any solutions were just temporary fixes at best. At one point, we were almost charged $400 dollars for the pet deposit we had already paid, because one of the employees at the front office didn't communicate with the others, and didn't know we had already paid it. We found out she had done the same to a few others in the complex as well.
people are nice the only thing its the parking to many car for one person
other than that everthing good
They always are very quick to respond to work orders and the improvements they are making to the complex are great. But there is still a roach issue as much as we try to get rid of them
