do not move in here when we first moved in we paid more money to have an upgraded unit. they told us because of the 1" blinds that where old and dirty was part of the upgrade. also we had upgraded faucets witch where also old and in one bathroom the faucets had two hot handles then the cabinets where just painted and that was are upgrade an extra $150 month for this that's a ripoff when we asked about it they where very rude and said there is nothing they can do about it. the previous person who rented are apartment where evicted and they flooded the whole apartment. they left an eviction notice on are door when we where living there the persons rent was $100 less so they did not upgrade us at all they where just covering there expenses they had to make from the damage the person did before us. the parking is horrible good luck getting a space next to your apartment because its impossible I have to park at the other end of the complex and sometimes in the street. every time we have a complaint nothing gets done and the people in the office say there is nothing they can do and they blame it on Milestone Management who owns and runs the apartments. so don't rent here or from any apartment that is ran by Milestone Management.
watch out for roaches to are door has an 1" crack at the top and roaches spiders and bugs get in all the time. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. would not recommend even to someone who I didn't like

Cynthia has been very helpful, professional, and kind. She is friendly and always welcoming with a considerate attitude at all times. I am very grateful and appreciative for her kindness. She is always willing to help and has a spirit of giving. Always attentive to my questions and needs living here. The maintenance workers go out of their way to help assist every resident on the property. Good people and hard workers I would recommend these apartments.

I inquired about the apartments via email and immediately the next day the manager, Jennifer responded promptly and answered all of my questions. She invited me to tour the property with the leasing agent Cynthia, in which I did. Upon arrival me & my friend were greeted with a friendly hello & a warm smile. Cynthia even offered my 3yr old son a popsicle. She showed me a few layout they had available according to my move date & gladly gave us a tour of an apartment she had a available. I was impressed with the layout, the grounds were well kept and it was super quiet. Needless to say, I am looking forward to making my new home over there.

All in all it is a nice place to live. It would be nice if the hot tub worked though. It is one amenity that I was looking forward to using, yet it has not worked for the whole year I have lived here. Also would be nice if the pool was cleaned once a week. Other than that, the property is nice, and the office and maintenance staff are awesome
