    We lived here for about a year and it was a clean community mostly. We were pleased with the living arrangements mostly. They should let people know up front that the moving out fees are going to be close to 700 dollars. We cleaned and left the apartment the way they asked us to and when we moved in there were a lot of things wrong with the apartment which we checked off on our moving in sheet but it seems like none of that was accounted for. Im done with apartment living because these places in Houston love charging people extra money and love to blind side people.

    I love living here! The staff is exceptional. If I had any complaint at all it would be with Phonoscope Cable. It's as expensive as other providers but you get fewer options for the money and the movie channels play the same films over and over again and there are very few new releases. They also suffer from frequent outages, poor signal quality and sometimes they just take things like the music channels (which are not great at all, btw) offline for no real reason. It would also be helpful that when my next renewal comes up that it would be less than I'm paying now. While it is comparable and you get a lot of bang for your buck, it is still a pretty good strain on my budget. With all the new construction nearby, I would think that would be something to consider.
