We enjoy living at Camden holly springs
I don't like being forced to have Comcast, their service is horrible, internet is off at least three times a week. We are paying for service we are not getting.
However, I do love the location, the floor plan, the staff and the overall amenities of Holly Springs. I hope to stay there a few more years, depending on how much rent increases escalate.
I also believe the staff(office and maintenance) is above all the rest, they truly do try to get their community top notch and residents happy.
After the renovation of my apartment, they used cheap paint that chips easily and put in a cheap toilet. It would be very easy to put up video security and has been asked for, but has not been done. If you get home after 7pm, there are no parking spots. I will say that the management on site is always responsive and very nice.
The daily leaf blowing and renovation noise is an inconvenience for families with small babies and those who work at night. The community could do a better job of informing residents when renovations occur.
Great experience so far but points of improvement are:
-More trash compactors. The current one always seems to be overflowing. And now that y'all are making us only keep trash in our personal recepticals within certain hours it makes us use the main one more.
-$25 charge for leaving trash in personal recepticals out of hours -__- seems slightly excessive and we already pay for pest control
