Luxury prices without luxury management. Everything good about this complex was done by the previous owner. The longer you stay, the more Camden will infuriate you. Car theft is rampant, major repairs take weeks, if not months. I even had a maintenance worker walk into my unit without knocking. Management will stop caring about you the moment you sign.

I have enjoyed my time at Camden. The amenities are world class. I picked camden bc of the fridge and workout centers. I found there are so much more. There are libraries with books, sky lounges. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to highways. Workouts with row machines. I am moving because I got a job out of state. What I like about camden are the amenities. The library, printer, place to study, proximity to restaurants, Costco, and memorial park. The staff are nice and honest. The maintenance team repairs on time. Theres a woman here, Kat. Shes honest and nice. Concierge on site. Everything is not all wonderful but this is an apartment and there's no way for a limited staff to police over 500 renters and their guest. One of my favorite workout machine Some renters don't pickup their dogs poo. But the grounds are cleared every morning. One of my favorite workout machine took a long time to repair. But I found other machines and exercised other muscle groups. It is sad to go because I am noticing if I want the same high level of comfort, and space I will need to pay a higher price for it. There are some high priced apartments that don't have what camden has.

A fantastic and friendly community with a surrounding neighborhood that is peaceful and quiet, but only minutes from groceries, shopping, and dining.

In the short time we have lived at The Olympia at Willowick Park we have truely enjoyed it. It is a quite, safe and friendly community.

It's been great. The dog park has been a great way to meet fellow tenants and their dogs! It's like being in a neighborhood!
