The leasing staff is stand-offish in my experience. The maintenance staff has always been friendly and I see them working hard at all hours. My biggest frustration is the people who allow their dogs to use the restroom in the pebbles and all the paths without cleaning it up. There have been two break-in's since I moved in (2 months ago) which is troubling. Security could be heightened by using real cameras, etc.

Staff is so nice and I'm so impressed with the maintenance staff hanging my room dividers for my studio apt while I was at work. He even put the curtain ties on. I was so impressed when I came home. Staff name is Alberto. Also I love Kenya. She was so sweet and helpful when I was searching for the right apartment. I made a great choice!

I'm very happy living at Camden, the only thing that I have not been happy about is the facility of having packages held at the office. This facility was extremely helpful and many others offer this service so I was displeased to see that taken away. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about Camden both the apartments/buildings themselves and the staff, who have always been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

It's a great community. Staff is always nice and easy to talk to. They always do their best and help as much as possible. Some of the community are "party" type people, so it's sometimes not the most quiet place to live. Other than that, I love there.

Great community next to Midtown Park and in walking distance of several restaurants. 24 hour gym, game rooms, 3 pools and a theater make it easy to find something to do on the property. There are no EV plugs, and outlets in the garage do not work. If you have a plug-in vehicle, this might not be the property for you at the moment. Over all, this community is a 9/10.
