Moved to Houston on short notice and choose this complex. I wanted the lower cost 1 bedroom but they only had the premium 1 bedroom available so I took it. Honestly after living there 1 year I have no clue why the apartment I was living in was a premium apt. No wash and dryer hook up, carpet in the entire apt except the terrible fake looking laminate floors in the entry, kitchen, and bathroom. Also no updated appliances. They need to take care of some of the rift raff that still lives there it was getting better when I decided to move out. There was one sizeable apartment fire when I lived there not to mention another major apartment fire the destroyed 2 buildings a year before I moved in. If your on a budget like I was when I moved her its not a bad place.
Under new ownership and management. Lots of great changes around.
Since the new ownership and management change the conditions around the property have improved a great deal. The buildings are all painted new colors, the landscaping as changed, and the new leasing office is under renovation. Also, work orders are finally being addressed and completed.
