Avoid. At least maybe till construction is completed. When new management took over, residents were told 8 weeks of construction would occur. This is now the 17th week. Called leasing office and was told 2 more weeks. Construction went on for 4 weeks. Called again and was told 6 months. Nobody knows whats going on in the leasing office.
Even though there is construction, there is no discount on rent. There are other paces in the area who advertise discounts due to construction in areas. Not here. Construction goes on for 7 days a week.
Leasing office is hard to get in touch with. It always goes to an offsite team which asks for your information. But you never get a call back.
Will be happy when my lease is up next month. I really wanted to stay here, but with construction noise and getting the run around from the office, I will look elsewhere.
