I have lived at Arium Park West since 2015 and wasn't happy about how things were handled with the office and maintenance staff until the new property manager Maria came aboard! Maria is amazing! I love her open fun filled attitude. She's always smiling. She's made great changes to the property like speed bumps which have slowed down the traffic and the gate issue has made me feel safer! The events she has put on are great! Allows me to have fun and meet others!
My fiance and I would highly recommend not living here. The place looks nice from the outside but after living there you will realize what a dump it is and the employees are awful. I can't add a picture, but we had a camera set up in our apartment and we needed them to screw our falling cabinets back to the wall. Instead the maintenance man (20's) sat on my couch with his feet up on a table for over 40 mins. All caught on camera and they did nothing about it! Luckily I have a dog so I know he didn't go into my bedroom. I would not trust any of them in my apartment alone. Needless to say we moved out a month later!
The words Luxuary Apartments is far from my experience at Arium Park West. The amount of rent does not equal the quality of life here. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbors private and intimite conversations. Dog feces in the grass has become an everyday issue. A few of my work orders were opened and closed out without any maintence done, no letters left saying the my fixed anything, and the same issue I had before remained.
I Found Them To Be Poor At Communication To The Residents
