I hate it here, I ca nm t wait for my lease to be over, I've contacted my lawyer today about the management staff stealing from the tenants

It really sucks trying to work with management here. AC was broken off and on the whole summer. Contract allows for subleasing--but they said no, despite my extenuating circumstances. I have to leave at the end of my lease, per my contract, which I told them 30 days prior--they told me I have to pay an entire month + utilities (no one will be living there, so...huh??) instead of a fee after I leave due to not giving 60 days notice.

From start to end, this place has sucked my whole stay.

While we welcome all feedback, we are disappointed by your negative characterization and we would like to clarify a few things. Firstly, our community does not allow subleasing. Secondly, we sympathize with your frustration regarding the fee, however, you provided your notice after the 60-day requirement. We must follow our community policies and comply with the lease contract and unfortunately cannot make any exceptions. If you would like to follow up with us please feel free to call.

Better than many apartments I've experienced, but there's still room for improvement. I renewed my lease because of the family-friendly atmosphere, the style details inside the apartments, the location and price, and the staffs willingness to help me with maintenance issues.

Front office staff members are all very friendly. I love how nice they are when I come into the office. My needs are for short-term housing during transfer for work. I am definitely planning to locate a sister property to get the quality of service I have recieved here in my new location. Carroll Manangement has a thumbs up in my book! Best place to live if in the 290@1960 area of town.
